Reacting to seeing my (ex)apartment on Netflix. Wait, is that you, Jess? How are you? Hey! Oh, it's so good to see you. How are you? Oh, this is gorgeous. Look at that, the tree. This is gorgeous. We just listed this. They didn't pick up the leaves. Wait, what? As you walk through, you'll get a feel for the simplicity, the sophisticated design. That is really, really gorgeous. 21-foot ceilings. This apartment has had a full renovation. Just sold to this all-a-tree yesterday. It's an all-a-tree, actually. From the outside, yeah. He took down the wall and made it more of a living space. But you could easily put up the wall again. I love that we have the living space. That couch. All the memories on that couch. So, bedroom on this side and on this, with an en-suite. So small. Small little terrace. Yeah. But it's cute. Oh, I love the view. So, welcome to the primary suite. My bed! Wow. And so here, you have a terrace as well. The bathroom is the best part. Fabulous. It's all limestone in here. I love the use of that bath. The showers are really good in there. These are originally from Spain, so there's a lot of the Spanish influence. You're going to love it. The renovations are stunning.
