Hook

So it's took me over 15 years of working in digital marketing. So I've been doing digital advertising for 15 years and I've spent over 200 million on ads. And I don't know how long this video is going to be, so make sure you bookmark it so you don't lose it. This could actually be the highest value video I ever do. So I'm going to be firing off the marketing cheat codes and I'm going to be doing it fast, so make sure you follow along. And again, bookmark this video because you don't want to lose it. Here we go. Your offer matters more than your ads, so fix that first. A bad website will destroy even the best marketing. Speed to lead is single-handedly the biggest advantage for any business. Consistency beats creativity always. If you don't follow up, you don't deserve the sale. Static images still work. Everyone's forgotten how to write headlines. Google Ads works brilliantly if your website is a star. If it's not, it's terrible. TikTok is improving daily. If you stay consistent, you will dominate. Facebook brings scam leads, but 90% is because of poor targeting and poor funnels. Your landing page headline will outperform any ad budget anytime. No one cares about branding colors, they care about clarity. Simplicity converts, complexity kills sales. If you're not retargeting, you're burning money. Email still prints money when done properly, but very few do it properly. Nobody needs long paragraphs. Make everything into short, sharp lines. Video doesn't need to be high quality, it needs to be high truth. Your customers don't want features, they want outcomes. If your checkout is clunky, then nothing else matters. A slow website quietly destroys businesses. Testimonials are useless unless they're super specific. Never scale an ad unless it's working on a small budget first. The audience is usually right, your ego isn't. You can't fix a bad offer with good marketing. The riches are in the follow-up, not the first click. Fortunes in the follow-up. Most businesses don't have a traffic problem, they have a conversion problem. If your cost per lead is rising, look at the landing page before the ads. Ads fatigue, offers don't. Emotional hooks beat logical hooks most of the time, like 90%. Stories sell better than stats. The more unclear your message, the more money you lose. Google local services are like mad, underrated. TikTok users buy, but not through traditional funnels. So on that one, adapt or lose. Instagram is now a credibility platform for trust. It's not for conversions. Facebook is by far the best lead machine on the planet still, but you have to know how to filter. Your ad creative should explain who, what, and why in 3 seconds. Don't ask customers to think, guide them. If your ads look like ads, they will fail. Make them look like content. Your competitors aren't better, they're just louder. If you haven't tested 10 angles, then you haven't tested an ad. You need to show your face. People buy from people, not logos. Don't try to be clever in your copy, be clear. 90% of marketing is follow-through, not genius ideas. People trust screenshots more than written testimonials, and signed. Calling your leads instantly is like cheat code superpower. Stop obsessing on cost per click and focus on cost per acquisition, or if you really fancy, ROAS. Your brand grows crazy when you repeat yourself. Perfect is slower than profitable. Ship it and improve later. If one channel stops working, it's not the channel, it's the creative. Most bad ideas are bad nurturing or lead nurturing. The market pays people who take action, not people who overthink.
