I make $35,000 a month. And you may be wondering how. How does he make $35,000 a month? It must be fake. He's hawking a course, he's probably full of shit. Well, tell me if this wouldn't work. Alright, if you built a website for something like junk removal services in Austin, Texas. And let's say that website showed up on page one of Google anytime somebody searched for junk removal services in Austin. So if you built that website, got it to page one, don't you think people looking for junk removal services in Austin would call the phone number on that website that's on page one? Now, this is essentially what I do. I build websites, get them to page one, and then I have a little tracking phone number on the website. That's all it is is a fancy word for a phone number I control where I could forward the calls anywhere. I could forward them to anybody I want. I'm in full control. I pay $2 a month for it. So once I get these websites ranking on page one, I call up a junk removal company in Austin and I'm like, hey, I have this website. It's getting 100 calls a month, people looking for junk removal services. I'm not a junk removal company, but you are. You think if we partner up here, you can make a lot of money off these calls if I just forwarded all these calls to you? Pretty obvious answer. If I'm sending him a lot more customers, he's probably making a lot more money. So all I have to do is pitch a price and we come up with maybe, let's say, for example, $1,000 a month. All he has to do is pay me $1,000 a month. Now I'm sending him 100 calls a month that could result in $10,000 a month. Pretty easy trade. But the best part is is that once you get that client hooked up and you have his credit card information, it becomes completely passive because the website sits there. You don't have to do anything else to it once it's ranking, it just sits there, auto forwards the calls to your client, and he just runs his credit card every month. He's basically renting your website from you, renting a digital piece of real estate from you. That's what I do. I do it over and over and over again. Tell me that wouldn't work. Tell me that wouldn't work. Why wouldn't it work? All you have to do is learn web design. Mild web design. Let me let me note that. Very mild web design. And then basic SEO because we're going into niches and cities where the competition is so weak.
