A Passive Income Model Most People Haven't Heard Of

There's a business model that most people haven't heard of and it's called rank and rent. Basically with rank and rent is you build something like junk removal in Austin Texas and then you get that website ranked on Google so that it starts getting phone calls because people start finding your website anytime they're looking for junk removal services in Austin. Right? So once you get those phone calls rolling in, you have something of value that an actual junk removal company in Austin Texas would want. So you call a junk removal company and like hey um I got this website gets 100 calls a month for junk removal services in Austin. Do you think I could forward these calls to you for seven days and you can see if they're not for you, no worries, I'll turn them off if you like them, we can work out some sort of deal. So during those they're likely going to make some money off of you. So they're going to want to strike some sort of deal to keep the calls rolling in. So the end of the week, you pitch them a price of like 750 or 1500 dollars a month, um it all depends on the niche and the call volume you're getting. But once you have that deal, that's when this becomes completely passive because a website just sits there, auto forwards all the calls and your business owner pays you your monthly retainer, uh just to have the rights to take all the calls your website gets.
