So I live what some would call the Millennial dream. I make money online with an online business. I'm on my own boss, my income is mostly passive and it's really high income that I could grow as much as I need to, right? Um, what that is, what I do is I rent websites out to small business owners. So I'll build a website for something like junk removal services in Austin, Texas. I'll get that website ranking on page one so that people find it when they're looking for junk removal services in Austin. And then when they start finding my website, they're going to start calling the little phone number I have on that website that I can control and I can forward to anybody I want. So, once the calls start coming into that phone, phone number, I let those calls go to voicemail at first until I find a junk removal company in Austin who's willing to take those calls from me. So, once I find that junk removal company, I'm like, hey, I got like 100 calls a month coming in with people looking for junk removal services in Austin. Can I forward them to you for a week for free? I give them that week-long trial and if they make some money off those calls during that week, they're likely going to want to keep them around. So I'm going to be like, hey, how about you pay me $1,000 a month? I'll keep the calls flowing to you and we're good. If they agree, lock them in at $1,000 a month and after that, this business model becomes totally passive because my website just sits there, auto-forwards the leads and then I'm just running their credit card every month after that. And I just build website after website after website after website and before you know it, the end of the first year, first year doing this, you'll be at $10,000 a month and you can even keep your current job if you want and just making an extra 120k a year on top of it. Um, it's the best business model I've ever come across. Maybe you found something better.
