Here's a sneaky way to make money online. What you're going to do is pick a nick in the city, something like tree service in Portland. Then you're going to build a website called tree serviceportland.com and build out one to five pages of content and then do SEO to help it ranks. So that anytime somebody types in tree serviceportland, they find your website. And when people start finding your website when they search for tree service services on Google, you're going to start getting phone calls and a little tracking phone number you have on that website. Those phone calls you're getting have value to an actual tree service company in Portland. So what you you're going to do is let those phone calls go to voicemail at first and then you're going to start calling up tree service companies in Portland and asking them if they want to take over all these calls you're getting from your website. Typically, they'll say yes because you gave them a 7-day free trial because the leads cost you nothing to make. And when they do say yes, you could charge them anywhere from $750 flat a month to $3,000 flat a month depending on the niche and call volume.
