It is Day 1 of building my own startup. Clearly, no idea how to pull this off. I have never actually built a startup. And two years ago, I was just a random kid finishing high school. So I decided to get advice from someone who already built a successful startup. This is Bjorn. He exited the startup Invincible Brands for €400 million. We talked for an hour and here are the main things we came up with. Plan: Organic content, build community together with the community. Find tests and user feedback, and then do small iterations to redefine the app day by day into something you guys love. We discussed for the app some new ideas to build a second brain on your phone.
