For my girlies who love matching sets, this is cash. Ads versus trash, here's the set wars. Body by Raven did 270k running zero ads in January. I.AM.GIA did 3.8 million running 200. Same audience, but here's the crazy part. The content that Raven's posting for free is the exact ad strategy that I.AM.GIA is using to print money right now. UGC shot on an iPhone, photo dumps that look like a baddie documenting her night out, green screens of girls reacting to restocks, and candid images that look like they came from someone's finsta. And none of it looks like an ad, and that is the point. Here's what killed me by Body by Raven. The content is there, the aesthetic is there. I mean, people are reselling her clothes on Depop for higher than retail, but she's capping her reach to whoever Instagram decides to show her post to, when she can 10x it easily with ads. First things first, take that organic piece of content that is already killing it and run it as ads. Second thing, founder-led content. Raven's already attached to the brand by her name, she might as well get in front of the camera and speak to who this is for and what inspired it. Third, us vs. them content goes crazy. Calling out other brands and how they make you pick between comfy and sexy is ludicrous, and how Body by Raven gets it right every time. And last, the breaking news format. Something that says Body by Raven just restocked a set that sold out three times, looks like it would be shared on the Jasmine brand and the Shade Room and will go viral. And that's the playbook. Just content that looks like content, because that's what works in 2026. If you have a baddie with a brand and you're not running any ads, you're not being smart, you're leaving money on the table. Comment ADS and I'll send you the blueprint.
