If I had to reset from $40,000,000 a year back to zero, I wouldn't start another gas station. I wouldn't be buying another shopping center like the one behind me. I wouldn't start another liquor store and definitely not another neighborhood. I would want to start something that takes very little capital. Honestly with what I know now, I would start a home services business and I would use social media to build a personal brand and get easy leads. And then I would get a software like Jobber. I would start a home services business because it's easy cash flow, it's easy to start with very little capital and all it requires is you.
