Places I have worked before becoming a social media manager And how they shaped me RESTAURANT I worked as a waitress: At this time i just wrote waec and wanted to get busy, i needed a source of income. I hated working there but i needed the money. After a month i resigned But working they taught me professionalism because of the caliber of Customers that came to the restaurant. BETKING I worked here as a cashier: i worked here for over 5 years, i didn't earn much but i was able to save from here for my university, I stoped working here in my 2nd semester 300 level but working here helped my education Working here taught me self control, staff relationship, workplace politics and financial integrity and I loved that for me. Where did you work before becoming a social media manager ? RADIO STATION I worked as a receptionist: Omg i was so excited when i got the opportunity to work here 🤩 loved working here. They didn't have an opening when i applied, i remember walking up to the studio owner that i wanted to work there and he hired me because of my boldness 🤩 Working there taught me discipline, the studio owner was very strict and push us to go beyond our limit. RADIO STATION While working in the studio they trained us to take announcements and 9pm news, i loved it. This helped me in reading well and fast, communication, pronunciations and understanding how the cooperate world works. I love it here.
