the rumors are true we are hiring welcome to where i share the behind the scenes of building a startup and what we're actually working on this week today is a big one you guys we are officially hiring like bringing on two new people to the team if you've been following along you know how intentional we are with staying lean and staying profitable and this is no exception we're hiring for two positions and they could not be more different but they are absolutely critical to where we need to go as a company the first is a customer support and success specia this is our very first support role outside of the founding team right now me and natacha are handling every single customer support email that comes into our inbox and truthfully i have always loved being super close to our users so it's been very helpful but we've just hit a point where we need someone to own this full time this person is not just going to be running our customer support inbox they'll also be running demos and being a resource for our customers and the second role is an AI engineer if you've been using ella you know that it has helped thousands of people create content in a matter of seconds instead of hours we believe that the future of ai is agentic meaning ella shouldn't just respond to your prompts she should be doing things behind the scenes when you're out shooting content and even when you're sleeping and this hire is critical to making that happen so why are we hiring now we could have kept going as we were but all of us are working so deeply IN the business and not ON the business and that is a problem especially because we've already grown 37% since the start of the year so if you or someone you know is a good fit for these roles comment APPLY and i'll send you the job applications
