Reason not to binge:
Transcript
If you needed a reason not to binge, I'm gonna give you one. And that reason is that the urge to binge, it's gonna pass whether or not you feed into it. The binge urge is nothing more than a thought, and whether or not you feed it is not going to change whether or not it goes away. It will pass with time, you just have to do it one time. Just one time, if you let that thing pass, it will feel so much easier the next time.
