I'm building an agentic matriarchy, but my agents don't have genders. So, a lot of people have been asking, how is this actually a matriarchy? Well, because it was never about gender. It's actually about a value system. One that centers on leadership that rotates to whichever agent holds the knowledge. One that focuses on consensus and care. And each of these values are accorded into each and every single one of my agents. Most traditional AI agent systems right now are built on a hierarchy. One agent in charge multiple other agents and a reporting up structure. But this is the same power structure that has failed women and marginalized communities for decades in the workforce. Now we're just writing it into software instead of Orchard. So I'm trying to build the opposite. And this mazearch also means it's a hierarchy instead of a hierarchy. Equal authority across every agent. So for example, when a decision touches revenue my revenue agent leads, not because it's out ranking another agent, but because it holds the knowledge on my pipeline. This matriarchy isn't about genders, it's about values and creating a structure that actually backs these values up.
