I built my AI agents as a matriarchy- here's why. I refuse to build AI agents that follow the same power structure that has failed women and marginalized communities for decades. This is why I started my AI system from scratch. Ultimately, I'm trying to create an agentic matriarchy, one that really focuses on equality and no hierarchy. My five stewards or agents have equal recognition. No one outranks the other. I also focus on a need-oriented communication style or a non-violent communication style. They name what they need before making a request. There are no demands and there are no directives. Many of the people building AI agents today are of course just going to go with the current structure. But now is the time to rethink.
