Team @Claude Claude or @ChatGPT??? I've been using AI since ChatGPT dropped in 2022 and I've seen the entire market shift to Claude in real time, especially over the past month. It’s not because of the technology, It's from getting consumers to actually understand how to use their product. Anthropic targeted a specific user, built an infrastructure that got them to stay AND preach about it, then doubled down on the use cases their original customers were already using. Because of that they went from developers → early adopters → now non-technical people evangelizing a technical product. And that's not even getting into their ads and how they're hiring storytellers instead of more engineers. Meanwhile ChatGPT was trying to be Google for everyone and couldn't lock down anyone.
