I automated my entire morning routine with Claude and it took me 20 minutes to set up. Every morning I get messages like this. It tells me everything I have on the calendar that day. It pulls up texts I need to follow up on. It gives me a weather update and it reminds me everything I said I wanted to do and it also gives me a little motivation quote at the end. It's like a personal assistant except it's Claude and it doesn't cost extra if you're on the Pro plan. So here's how it works. Claude has MCPs which basically lets Claude connect to other apps. So I connected to my Google Calendar, my Gmail and my messages. Then I set up a daily automation that triggers Claude every morning at 8:00 a.m. with this exact prompt. That's it. It runs every morning at 8:00 a.m. and I wake up to a full individualized text briefing. I used to wake up every morning so stressed because I had to check five different apps to see what was going on. My calendar, my messages, my weather app, my mail. Now I open one message and I know exactly what my day looks like and it's so much easier and faster so I don't have to double check everything from every app. For someone who's recruiting and moving and doing all these different side projects, it's actually life changing. And follow for more as I continue building in public and as I make a move to SF.
