When they try you at work, you need to document what happened. This is exactly how you do it. Make sure you save this video for later so that you can always come back to it. Now that incident happened, you want to go to a Google Doc, write the date and time, where you were, what they said to you. You need to do that every time you have an encounter with somebody. I hate to make this a woman issue, but I have worked with women who will cry to the manager, act like I did something wrong. So if they ever go cry to the manager and say, oh my gosh, she said this to me and I just don't feel safe, girl, you have documentation of exactly what she said, the time she said it, the date and where it happened at. And again, this is going to save you. Come prepared, girl. Now, why are you staying at that job? Why are you still there stressed out? You don't have to stay anywhere you don't want to be.
