nothing irritates a hire manager more than this during an interview. hey sis, my name is Natalie Jeannie. I hope corporate women land better paying jobs, so click the link in my bio girl. for majority of my career I would sit on the interview panel. I always volunteer to do this because I thought it was very important that I selected someone that I would want to work with and who will come in and do the job. after we had an interview I always had an opportunity to talk to my hiring manager about the candidates. every hire manager I've ever talked to would always tell me their number one pet peeve. Kennedy is not asking questions during an interview. when we are creating the questions we purposely leave time for candidates to ask the questions they may have. now I know sometimes people are interviewing for a job because they just want a job. however can that person still not ask questions? no one wants to hire someone just because they want a job. they want to hire someone that's going to be part of their team. so the next time you are in an interview ask at least three questions. I'm gonna share two of my favorite questions. number one how is diversity and equity in inclusion celebrated here. as a black woman I want to know how are you going to treat me and people from other marginalized communities. number two what does success look like in this role. I want to know if you have a plan for me to be successful in the role I'm applying for. if there's no training I'm not sure if the role's for me. for more interview tips grab the freebie in my bio.
