POV: you're responsible for modest girls' hot girl summer So let's take another sourcing trip to Bangladesh. Nokshi summer collection is no joke. I've been designing this collection for the past four months and it's finally coming to life. I actually cancelled this trip so many times because of the current war going on. And for the past month I've been dealing with securing two commercial lease and the financial and the legal process side of that has been brutal. But when your team needs you, you gotta go. In the day of my flight, like seven plus hours packing hundred plus graduation dresses for you girls. Because of the ongoing war, so many shipments have been delayed. Right after I had like less than two hour to pack my luggages and we went from New York to Istanbul. I spent in the most amazing 48 hour. Here, I was actually sourcing for so many vintage styles that I will be using in the summer collection. Then after another eight hour flight later, we're finally land in Dhaka. And guys, this is the weather. this is the weather. And you would think I would rest after that trip. Nope. We literally have less than 24 days to launch this collection and every single day is packed. And I can't emphasise this enough Bringing a collection to life takes an entire team. We have released three collections back to back this year. Even though we're basically a one woman's team in the U.S, the team in Bangladesh is truly amazing. And I'm very hands on with nokshi because I truly respect the people I work with. So it's really on me to be there to guide, to work alongside them, and to make sure, like, everything is done right so we can have the best collection possible.
