you can't be shy and successful. I'm so sorry but it categorically makes no sense. Success comes with putting yourself out there. It comes with speaking to people you've never spoken to before. It comes with leadership. It comes with hiring. It comes with actually convincing people to buy into you or your product. If you can't do either of them because you're too busy being shy, it's just not going to work. How do I know? I was actually I literally grew up with a screw face. I did not like anybody. I only liked my parents and my family at times. That's it. But then as I started becoming somebody, becoming someone who wanted to be in front of people for the sake of business, I realised very, very quickly the most shameless are the ones most successful. So this is your daily reminder that you have to break out of your comfort zone. You have to do something you've never done before, just because that's what success needs of you. It might feel uncomfortable, but that doesn't mean it's wrong. It just means it's something you've never done before. Make sure you're being a little shameless today because shy and success don't go together.
