In case someone's forgotten recently, driving a car worth more than your annual salary is not normal. Being able to go on holiday 5-10 times a year is not normal. Purchasing a property in your 20s is not normal. Having the ability at work to eat lunch every single day and go for drinks after work every single day is not normal. Purchasing a four-figure watch is not normal. Filling up your £20,000 ISA every single year is not normal. Paying off your student loan in full is not normal. Constantly being able to wear new outfits every time you go out is not normal. Buying a new iPhone every single year is not normal. Having zero money problems or worries is not normal. This is just a reminder that social media is a highlight reel. Yes, you might be able to have a few of those things, but the people who are constantly doing more and more and more and making you feel like you're being left behind. It's not normal.
