AI agencies aren’t dead. Most people just have the wrong strategy. A year ago, I quit my corporate job to go all in on building my AI agency. Now we’re doing multiple 6 figures, we predictably sign 4 to 5 clients every month, and we’ve built a really strong offer in this space. But the truth is, it did not start like that. For the first 6 months, we barely paid ourselves. We kept changing our niche, pricing, product, sales strategy, client acquisition… everything. Then in November, we asked ourselves one question: When we were signing clients, what were we doing differently? The answer was simple. We were cold calling. A lot. So we doubled down. We built a Google Maps scraper to get owner numbers, focused on the trades, and us 3 founders just cold called like crazy. That’s when everything changed. We started signing 4 to 5 clients every month, raised our prices, hired sales reps and developers, and built a system to get clients predictably. And now we have the capital to invest in ads, hiring, and improving the product even more. Here’s the thing though. A year ago, most people had never even heard of voice AI agents. Now they’re everywhere. So in 2026, AI agencies aren’t dead. We are growing faster than ever. You just need the right strategy. You need to know sales. You need to know how to build custom agents. And you need a real client acquisition system, not random content, generic templates, or cold emails you hope get answered. That’s why I’m launching a coaching program. It’s going to be super hands-on, very small, and built for people who actually want to start or scale an AI agency the right way.
