This is my exact tech stack as a six figure AI agency owner. No. 1 is ownerphones.com. This is how we get owner names and numbers so that we're only calling decision makers, never the gatekeeper. No. 2 is Kixie our dialer. Kixie is amazing because it shows a local caller ID for whatever state or province you're calling and it can dial up to 10 people at the same time. It also has an AI that can skip voicemails and it connects to your CRM so nothing falls through. No. 3 is our CRM GoHighLevel. This is how we track every lead, follow up, clients, conversations. Everything's in here and it connects to Kixie directly. No. 4 is Lovable. This is the best tool to build your website on. No. 5 is Retell AI. This is our favourite because the conversational flow is strong and it's the best platform to build complex agents on. No. 6 is make.com. This is where we build all of the integrations into their CRM and all the back end automations. No. 7 is Twilio. Twilio is where we get our phone numbers from for the agents that we build for our clients. No. 8 is Calendly. Calendly is great, it's easy to use. You could add a ton of work flows to set reminders such as email and text reminders and it's easy to use for the prospect if they need to cancel or reschedule. It rarely goes to junk. No. 9 is Fellow. So we record all of our calls with our clients and any sales calls. That way we can always evaluate them and we don't have to take notes during the call. And Fellow has a really awesome AI where you can literally ask it like draft an email to the prospect about what they wanted to see and it drafts it for you and you could put it directly into your email. And you could ask it anything like what was the prospect's main objections and it'll give that out to you. And lastly, Stripe. Stripe is where we have all of our subscriptions and all of our payment links. It's easy to keep track of all of our finances. And then obviously we use Gmail and Google Drive to keep everything organised for our email and Google Meet and obviously Chat GPT. But that is our tech stack right now. Obviously, when we first started out we literally just called the owners with our phones and that's all you need. These are the tools we use at scale.
