I run a multiple six figure marketing agency and since I'm all about being transparent, this is how much it costs for it to run each month. Rapid fire, let's go! I use Honeybook for my contracts and invoices and that's $60 a month. I use Slack to communicate with my team and my clients and that's $140 a month. I use Google Workspace for communication, storage, productivity, etc. and that's $34. I also use Zapier for automations and that's $30. I host all my meetings through Calendly and that's $15 a month. Canva, CapCut, ManyChat, Chat GPT, Claude, all these tools I use as well and that comes out to $150. I also do business coaching and that costs about $200 per call, which is a non-negotiable because she helps me drive my business forward. Health insurance, gifts for my clients, phone, internet. These are non-negotiables and they cost around $500 to $600 per month. And then of course, payroll. Now, I have an amazing team and they are by far my biggest expense, but they are worth every single penny. So, total before payroll = $3,300. And I don't flinch at that number because scared money don't make money. Invest in your business, yourself, and seven figures is the plan and we're on our way.
