If I were a social media manager for a law firm, we would not be posting stock photos and gavel graphics that say "know your rights." That's generic and honestly, it doesn't make someone hire you. Which is exactly why you're not getting consistent inquiries from social media. Completely change your content. First, I would create a recurring series, something called "What people get sued for all the time." Don't use legal jargon because when people understand you, they choose you. You can even talk about things like contract red flags or things to look out for. Because people don't hire lawyers when they're inspired. They hire lawyers when they feel scared. When someone watches your content and thinks, "Wait, did I just do that?" or "That just happened to me." You become the first person they're going to call. When you make content that tackles specific problems, that's what's going to convert people from followers into actual clients. The next thing I would do is humanize you as the attorney. Because oftentimes people don't hire firms, they hire people they trust. So I want you to start showing your personality and your thought process in your content. Try to show a little bit more of your thought process during a case, but without breaching confidentiality, of course. Remember that trust builds when people see how you think. And in law, trust is literally everything. The next thing you can do is start showing authority through real scenarios. You could break down real-life examples. What would happen if blank? Or here's how this case would play out. Remember that clarity happens when they feel safe. And you want people to feel safe when they're dealing with legal issues. If you're an attorney and you want a content plan like this, or you want to work with my team, just comment SMM below. And if you're in a different industry and you want me to cover your content plan, just comment strategy. We'll do a different one.
