It is an intense time in the industry and if you want to work for a top AI company, you need to be ready for that intensity. So if work-life balance is one of your top priorities, then maybe these fit for you. Because right now these looking for people who will do whatever it takes to help this business survive. They want people who are technical, who are strong communicators, and who can unblock themselves. See, everyone is really talented and is moving incredibly quickly, so you're not gonna get the kind of hands-on, slow onboarding and mentorship that you might be used to at a larger company. So if someone who has a, "I'll figure it out, let's go" mentality, then you will thrive at a place like this. The reality is the industry and these companies are changing very quickly and so you just need to be someone who is adaptable to that change and is comfortable inserting yourself to work on whatever you believe is the most highest impact for the business. From my experience, you're given a lot of trust to do so. You're gonna get a years worth of learning in just a few months. It's a lot of fun.
