This is how you properly post a horizontal reel

How to upload those trendy animated horizontal reels WITHOUT those ugly black bars! 🎬✂️⭐️ You asked, I answered! After getting so many requests for a tutorial on this type of reel, I made one to help y’all out. 🙂‍↕️🤭 💌 STEP 1: Export your video file in 16:9 format (I used CapCut here, but you can use Adobe Express or Canva too). ‼️NOTE: I recommend avoiding the Edits app as your editing platform as it might not let you upload the video as a “Post” (this was something that one of my friends experienced 👀). 💌 STEP 2: Open Instagram and upload the video as a “Post”, NOT as a “Reel”! 💌 STEP 3: Select your chosen audio and add all necessary post details, such as your caption, location, and tags (it might feel confusing as it will say it’s a “Reel”)! 💌 STEP 4: Before publishing, open the file up again under the “Post” drafts. 💌 STEP 5: Select and adjust your Cover Image as needed. 💌 STEP 6: Now you’re all ready to post! 💬 Have you posted a horizontal reel yet?
