I'm a software engineer at Google, and if you're a mom or a caregiver who's trying to break into tech, listen to this, I'm about to put you on. I found a program that's partnered with big name companies like Meta, Accenture, Airbnb and so many more. And the big thing with this program is they're specifically looking for mothers or caregivers. Big name companies like Google, Meta, Amazon, like the big name companies that you guys hear about, they're looking to hire moms and caregivers through this program. It's actually insane. It's called the Mom Project. I'm going to include an image right here for you guys. This isn't just a marketplace with a bunch of different exclusive listings for you guys. The huge thing is that they literally have a thing called the Rise Project, which is a six month scholarship. And the big thing too is that they have their own community inside that really places you in jobs. They help you land a job in tech. It's actually insane. The huge thing is there's a huge emphasis on remote work. They understand how it is. They understand how life goes. So if you guys are looking for a job and you're a mom or a caregiver and you want to break into tech despite your experience gap, go ahead, apply, get in, and you're literally chilling from there. Follow for more advice. I literally don't know anyone else who's giving actual good, genuine sauce like this for you guys. Later.
