And the big thing with this program is they're specifically looking for mothers or caregivers. The huge thing is that they literally have a thing called the Rise Project, which is a six month scholarship. And the big thing too is that they have their own community inside that really places you in jobs. They help you land a job in tech. It's actually insane. The huge thing is there's a huge emphasis on remote work. They understand how it is. They understand how life goes.
