I'm a software engineer and if you're in college and interested in software engineering, listen to this. I'm about to put you on. This firm called Five Rings is hosting a five-day in-person event. And for those who don't know what Five Rings is, it's one of the highest paying tech salaries you can honestly get in the market right now. Let me include, show you what this is specifically for students who quantitative finance. The big thing with this is, here's the program! Give you a $2,000 stipend. They fly you out, they house you, they have a bunch of different events. You're able to network with a bunch of different employees there, and you're basically able to pipeline yourself into getting an actual interview with that company, which is crazy if you understand how hard it is to get into those companies. So whether you want to get into trading or want to get an insane resume boost, having a trading firm, especially Five Rings on the resume, it's a huge boost if you know how to use it right.
