I'm a software engineer, and if you're an engineering student, listen to this. This is one of the strongest rotational engineering programs if you want to work into real hardware and software systems. So because this is rotational, they cover over a bunch of different things. Like they cover over manufacturing, hardware design, software engineering, back-end development, front-end development, like any engineering sector you can think of, they probably have for you guys. It's called Caterpillar Engineering Rotational Development Program. I'm gonna include an image right here for you guys. The program runs for about 12 to 18 months. And the big thing is because it's rotational, that means you get experience in a bunch of different things. If you don't know software, now you know software, hardware engineer, electrical engineer, the full bit. Guys, this is literally a hack thing. Big thing two is after you complete this program, they basically pipeline you into getting a full time role at their company. So it's literally all one resort. You go ahead, get the training, you get the experience, and then you actually get a full time opportunity with this company too. So if you're into any engineering in college and you're looking to get a job or looking to get more experience, go ahead, apply, get in, and you're chilling from there. Follow for more advice.
