Hi, my name is Anta and I was fired by Salesforce about three weeks ago. I wasn't technically fired, they pip'd me and instead of taking the pip, I decided to take the severance. Venturing off into the unknown was the last thing that I had on my bingo card as a black woman in tech in 2026. But I applied a strategy called the pretty girl pipeline and I have acquired sustainable employment, um, within 14 days. Not only did I get a promotion, and not only did I get a fully remote role, and I only did I get a raise, but I created an ebook that's going to explain to you how you could do it too. The link is in my bio and the link is on my Instagram. I have not synced my Instagram to this page because I never thought that I was going to take TikTok this seriously, but God. And here we are. But I really want as many women as possible to get their hands on this paper. It is 60 pages of goodness, strategy, messages, templates, the exact route that I took to get the job that I have. If you can't tell, I'm very excited. I'm on my way out to go and ship some things away because greater is the end of the thing. I got some new things over there by the door that I'll have to unpack and preparation for my first day to God be the glory. And to God be the glory. Have fun. Give me your feedback.
