Y'all are in luck because I have tested every viral Claude cheat code and most of them don't actually work, but here are 5 that genuinely do. For the first one, I want you to type in ELI5. So just type that in before whatever you're asking and Claude explains the answer to you like you're a five year old. For example, I use this whenever I'm reading legal documents, tax filings, or just anything where the jargon is a bit over my head. The second one is Premortem. Add this before any plan or product idea. So Claude pretends that the project failed 6 months in advance and walks back through the reasons why. It honestly surfaces things that you are avoiding looking at. The third is Steelman. So tell Claude to Steelman the opposite side of whatever you're arguing for. It builds the strongest possible case against your idea. I'm gonna be honest, it's pretty brutal, but it has saved me from committing to bad ideas more times than I wanna admit. And it's also how you stop being wrong in public. OK the 4th one is REDTEAM. So add REDTEAM this before any pitch, plan or decision and Claude attacks it from every angle a critic would. It's basically a board of skeptics in 30 seconds and I use this on every form of decision before I commit money to it. Number 5 is FIRSTPRINCIPLES. So add break this down from FIRSTPRINCIPLES before your prompt and Claude stops giving you the average internet answer and rebuilds a response from what's actually true. So fun fact I guess, this is one that a certain ugly electric car maker talks about constantly. It's the difference between recycled advice and original thinking. If you want more tips like this follow along and I'll keep showing you how to actually use this thing.
