This tells your buyer exactly what they're getting and what they can't do, like resell it or share it. And it protects you from chargebacks. Without this, someone can buy your product, dispute the charge, keep the product, and win. Two is terms and conditions on your website or your store. This document covers the entire relationship between you and your customers. It covers the refund policy, intellectual property, limitations of liability, all of it. If you're selling anything online and you don't have this, you have no protection. Number three is a content usage license. If you create content, videos, templates, graphics, copy, and someone pays to use it, this document defines exactly how they can use it, for how long, and what will happen if they go beyond that.
