At 18 I packed everything I owned into a duffel bag, said goodbye to my family, my friends, everyone i’d ever known, and got on a plane to the US on a scholarship to UNC-Chapel Hill. i didn’t know a single person. i had to figure everything out on my own. adulting, friendships, identity, all of it at once. but somewhere along the way, i found my people, travelled across the country, and slowly built a life i was proud of. after graduating i landed a job at Microsoft in Seattle. moved across the country again. built another life from scratch, again. then two years in: i quit. i left to start my own company called Treasury. a personal finance app i’m building in public, sharing every win, every struggle, every milestone along the way. from a duffel bag in the UK to building a startup in the US — this is that story. follow along if you want to see where it goes
