Meal prep with me

Meal prep time. All right you guys, meal prep some food with me. First, I had to cut up this chicken. I can't stand cutting up chicken 'cause it be kind of slimy. Um, can't do a meal prep without the veggies, so I got some frozen veggies. So I got some frozen veggies, like, my business. Sweet potatoes, all of that stuff is good. Yes, I know it's better when you get it regular, but frozen is what we doing today. So I had this hot ass pot of rice. When I tell you, never stick your face in some steam, because look, I nearly lost my eyebrows. Y'all. I used this pot almost every day. It's giving traditional Spanish household type of pot. Now, I actually do have a real traditional Spanish household pot, but I do use this one every day, so I had to make a double stack of rice. So one pot down, and I had to go over there and get the other one. Now, this one had the crispy bottom. Speaking of traditional Spanish households, did you know that Spanish people eat crispy rice? I've never heard of crispy rice. And when I say Spanish, I'm including myself because my mom's side of the family is Puerto Rican. So yes, I am Afro-Latina. Me personally, I like the crispy rice from when we make yellow rice and gandules. Um, I don't really like the crispy rice from the white rice, but it is what it is. So I threw these mixed veggies in the microwave and I had to stir up this meat. Yes, it's not seasoned. I threw some little smoky sausages or whatever, you get from Walmart, on top of some ground beef. And I also threw some ground turkey in there and had to mix it up so all of that flavor come together, you know what I'm saying? Now, as a full-time content creator, I got nothing but time. So I just be making stuff up as I go. Can y'all tell? Now, I had to stay healthy, so definitely had to put them veggies in there so it could get all of the flavors from that meat. Now I'm going to dump it on top of that chicken and on top of that rice because who wants to eat plain, flavorless rice? Nobody wants to eat plain, flavorless rice. So I mixed it all up and now it's time for plating. The kitties smell the food and they are hungry. I live all the way in the suburbs and it's just me, my toddler, and my babies. And as you figured out, this meal prep was for them. Yes, I'm that lady with five dogs and a baby.
