What you type into AI chatbots isn’t always private. Here’s the story nobody talks about ⚠️ On X and it actually relays the story. So let me tell you one story that I personally know. There was a paralegal called Sarah, and she was reviewing a contract for a client. One night, she and she decided to copy that confidential contract into an AI tool. Now, she didn't think twice about it. And a couple of weeks later, her competitors called her firm. A competitor somehow had details of the contract which made the client very angry. Since the firm was very confused, it just ended up tracing back to Sarah, the paralegal, and they found out that obviously the AI tool that she used in terms of condition was that any input you use, reviewed or used by the employees or whatever in certain scenarios. And that's how they got information. Sarah lost her job, the firm lost the client and a deal didn't go through. More of the story is, just don't use sensitive information when using any of these kind of AI tools, whether it's Claude, ChatGPT, Deepseek, etcetera. Just be careful and just don't be done with it.
