Hook

Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
This is the ultimate storytelling hack for educational content. It's called the double tap. All the best creators do this and if you can learn to do it too, you will get way more views. When you're explaining a new concept in your content, the reason people swipe away is because they get confused. You said something they couldn't understand. So, it's just impossible for them to keep following along. That's why they churn. So, here's the hack. Whenever you explain something new or complex, use the double tap method. You say the most important things two times. The first time is a super-concern description with whatever names, jargon or that would make sense to an expert in the field. But then you add a repeater line. You say the same thing a second time, but you use third grade English or a super simple metaphor that anyone could understand. If you do this, comprehension will go way up and people will keep watching for a lot longer. For example, let's say I was making a video trying to explain how the Instagram algorithm works. I might say something like this. The algorithm is designed using audience matching to feed topics to interested viewers. Think of it like a maker that connects people to the stuff they want to watch. Now you might not have understood that first sentence but the combination of the two makes it super easy to understand. Even if you didn't know anything about this before. That little hack, the double tap will massively improve the retention in your videos. Now, if you really want to become a master at storytelling, I put together this full dock with the eight most important storytelling principles. The double tap is number four. But there are seven others that make up the full picture. You can just take this dock and feed it into your AI-LM and it will make you 10 times better at storytelling overnight. Comment double and I'll send you through the whole dock for free.
