I'm really frustrated.

I'm really frustrated. Tell me that they are disappointed of the quality of work and that they don't think that this looks good and they said that they got numerous complaints. But I'm literally in the middle of painting. I'm probably 70% done and I'm trying and I'm working on 13 to 14 hour days. And imagine doing a live painting, a tiny little live painting at a gala or something and people are critiquing it and then amplify that. You're on a big wall, 4,000 square foot wall, on a predominantly high traffic freeway on 610 and people are watching it come to life and it's ugly before it gets pretty and it's getting there. And just needing people to trust the process. And in this moment, I don't need any negative feedback. It's just I need support. And this is part of, this is part of public art. Not take it personal. Understand the perspective that they don't understand that it this is the process of painting a mural. And I'm under a deadline. It's a lot of moving parts. But I'm staying focused.
