But before you even need a pitch deck, there are startup concepts every founder should understand. Okay? Let me start with two of the most common questions that I hear. No. 1, what is a startup? A startup is not a logo. It is not a website. It is not even an idea. So don't confuse it. A startup is simply a structured attempt to solve a problem at scale, while figuring out how to make money from it in a repeatable way. It inaleta income every like flowing income every single time, right? But I know you're wondering, what about my side hustle? A side hustle is a bit different. It is built around you as a person. It depends on your time. If you stop working, it stops working. That's the difference. You know, a startup is built to grow beyond you. It is designed to scale even without you doing everything manually. But not every business is a startup. Sawa? Not every business is a startup, and that is okay. Some are meant to be small, profitable and stable. That's fine. But others are meant to be, you know, big to grow fast. It's messy in the beginning, but it grows, right? So before you even think about funding, um, investors or pitch decks, you need to answer one question. Are you building a business or are you building a startup?
