It was ILLEGAL to begin with

They fled. They just fled. They just fled. They left. All six of those men they just left. They just fled the scene after they realised that she was not attached to the rope or whatever it is and then they saw her on the ground. They just fled. They fled. They've since been arrested, but apparently what they were doing was not even legal in Brazil. They were not even supposed to be doing it. It was illegal. They had been doing it before, then it got like shut down because they weren't supposed to be doing it. Then they set it up like just in the middle of a highway somewhere and they said, "Hey, you can do this for $32." This it wasn't a bungee jumping, it was like a rope swing, which is already you wouldn't find me there. Regardless, regardless, they were operating an illegal operation. So when I was talking about what are the standard operating procedures here, like surely there's something in place, there wasn't. There wasn't. There was no standard operating procedures in place. There was nobody telling them what they're supposed to be doing. There was no like safety guards in place because it was just some guys that set up this situation on the side of a road somewhere where you can pay $32. You wouldn't find me there. They've been arrested, thank god, so this doesn't happen again. But how fucking awful.
