Replying to @Angelica Julia Fox and Mia Goth are two prime examples of women who actively, willingly, and knowingly chose to get into a relationship with men who were known abusers (sexually and/or physically), antisemitic, misogynistic, sexist, racist, etc… That says something about who they are as people but it also confirms that women can absolutely be poor decision makers when it comes to their partners. There are many women who are just as bad and evil as their husbands and they’re a match made in heaven. Some women were so insecure and desperate for love that they intentionally ignored red flags. Some women don’t have good discernment so they can’t see the red flags. But ultimately women are capable and smart enough to make their own choices, even if those choices are bad, and we shouldn’t absolve them from that and infantilize them. #progressive #womenempowerment #relationships #feminism #accountability
