only 42% guys. and I was an amazing sales associate at aritzia. CAN I ACE ARITZIA MOCK INTERVIEW seeing if I can ace the aritzia mock interview as a prior aritzia employee. they're welcoming the client in how would you begin the interaction and set the tone for the rest of the journey. I would greet them as soon as they walked in and say, hey, how's it going? after your greeting, how would you transition into understanding their needs for work appropriate outfits? I would say, what are you guys up to today? if they then mention they're looking for work appropriate elevated looks, how would you proceed to gather more specific about their style and preferences? I would say, oh my gosh, that is so great to hear. we actually just got in so many good work pieces. what exactly are you looking for like a new suit or a specific pant? I would love to help you out if they've shared more about what they're looking for, such as a suit or specific style, how would you approach suggesting items or helping them make a decision? I would first walk with them over to where the item is in the store, show them, um, a different before I actually showed them what exactly they were looking for. So as we were walking, I'd be like, oh my gosh, yes, I will bring you over to where those pants are right now. um, I was also thinking these would go great with those pants, like, let me pull you a couple things and we can get some outfits going, which is a great way to introduce options and create a cohesive look. It's also helpful to keep the client engaged. Once you've selected a few outfits and they've chosen what they'd like to try on or purchase, how would you handle closing the sale and ensuring a positive checkout experience? Yeah, as they're trying on, I would walk them over to the fitting room, make sure that they get in there all check in with them as they're trying on for the fit. Um, see what they like. I always like to enter conversations, asking them questions and trying to figure out how they feel about what they're wearing instead of just, oh my gosh, that's so cute, but be like, what do you think of that? Um, oh, someone else said this about do you agree? Uh, things like that. To hear their feedback and then build on whether they have a positive or negative experience with what they're wearing. So that I can build trust with the customer. Once they've then decided a few things that they like, I will again walk them over to the register, um, and check them out. How would you plan to maintain this relationship and follow up with the client? I would make a comment about something personal. She told me about herself or about work. So if she was like, these are for this exact meeting or this presentation, I would make a comment like, you're gonna look so good at your presentation. Um, I can't wait to hear about, um, here is my phone number. I would love to stay in contact with you. This was such a fun day and I can't wait to help you pick out more outfits for more presentations in the future. That's a fantastic way to personalize the experience and establish a lasting connection. Acknowledging their personal context and offering a way to stay connected helps build loyalty and ensures they feel value. Nicely done. Is there anything else you'd like to add about how you'd handle this client journey or should we move on to another scenario? Yeah, I just, I think it's so important to build specific client relationships. So instead of them just coming in today and buying this one or a couple items that I wanna foster a sense where they view me as a stylist for them that they would love to come back to Aritzia anytime they are looking for an outfit. Great addition. Building that personal and ongoing relationship can really transform a one-time customer into a loyal client. It's clear you're thinking about long-term value and customer experience, which is essential in a retail environment like Aritzia's. If
