This fucking sucks for female founders and especially fashion tech founders. My company gets compared to Phia all the time, not because we're similar at all, but just because oftentimes it's the only other fashion tech startup people have heard of. And now with this fraud that is happening with them, already there was people like circling saying like this is way overhyped, way overpriced, etc. Like how is their valuation this high? And now that there's fraud involved, it one makes sense, but also kind of ruins it for the rest of us so we have to explain so much more why our company valuation sticks when this one was wrong.
