Bug spray is not the only way to keep mosquitoes off of you this summer, and I'm about to prove it. So, over 120,000 of you saw my things I want to buy but can't video, and one of the items I featured on there was this bug spray perfume, which I love. But that started a lot of comments saying that I should try Avon Skin So Soft and the Johnson's baby lotion specifically in the green bottle, which I have tried both of those, but I'm willing to give it another shot. As I mentioned in that video, I hate bug spray. I hate the feeling, I hate having to shower it off, I don't really like the smell. So I'm all for trying something that repels mosquitoes, but is not bug spray. So this is going to be a little bit of an experiment slash crowd sourcing other things that will repel mosquitoes. So first, I will try the Avon Skin So Soft. I actually used this growing up. Next, I will try the Johnson's baby lotion in the green bottle. Next, I will be trying this oil from NARS. I think it's specifically the Monoi, I think I'm saying that right, oil in it, but I think the shimmer is really nice and I've heard this repels mosquitoes too. And lastly, I will be trying Victoria's Secret Bombshell, which smells a little like the bug spray perfume that I use. I am going to get another scent in that bug spray perfume, so that will be a true test. Are there any other not bug spray but still repels mosquito things I should try? Let me know in the comments and I will post a video of my results.
