Here's how much you need to invest every single month by age to reach $10 million at retirement. Starting at oldest to youngest at a 10% annual rate of return if your age 60 you need $129,000 a month to retire with 10 mil. If your age 50 it drops down to $24,000 a month. And at age 40, $7,500 a month. This is where it starts getting good. If you're age 30, you need to invest $2,600 a month to retire. The one that we've all been waiting for, if you're 20 years old, you need to invest $954 a month to retire at 65 years old for this calculation, I used a 10% annual rate of return and a retirement age of 65 years old.
