If you were trying to test ads without burning through your budget or using as little money as possible, here the three things you have to do. First is make sure you have enough creative volume to actually test. If you only have like three to five creatives, you don't have enough variation or enough angles to test really anything. So make sure you have enough volume to start out with. Second, this is a bit of a non-popular opinion, but always test in a broad CBO. The only thing you should really be implementing is the country or region that you're selling in. There's no need to segment an ABO and spend $5 every day on each creative. Meta is good at figuring out which creatives are projecting to perform and only spending your money on those creatives. And lastly, have some type of reporting system set up. It can be super simple, just make sure it makes sense to you and somewhere that you can log every variable from all of your creatives, whether it's the copy or the headline or the image or the visual, whatever it is, log all of those variations. That way you can look back and know like exactly what is working and what isn't for every creative and then you can move forward and test more from there.
