Wanna know a secret?… When a customer tells you they aren’t buying today, there’s a really good chance that they are. People feel the need to tell you this because they know your job is to sell them, and they are on your turf. There are two reasons they will say this: 1.) They are buying, they just want to do it at their pace 2.) They want to buy, but they don’t have a reason to do it now Either way, there’s most likely a deal in it for you. Stay calm… Stay relaxed… Stay in agreement… Wait until the time is right… And shoot your shot! The key: CREATE URGENCY!!
