I always say "I love you" a universal language. Who's a good boy? Yes, you are. I think he was so lonely and that's why he was just coming to the house so much. And then was finding out he was a puppy. He was seven months old. Toys is just as important to him as food, right? A box of toys, like a variety pack. Come on, let's go! And I got these squeaky rubber duck toys. That's mine now. I've never seen a dog get so excited. I would just hear him playing. "Oh my God, he's with his toys, he loves them." Go get it, go get your toy. I got a toy for you. So I would go outside and just throw another toy to him. And then he would get all excited. Good boy. You wanna play ball? I do. We started doing this every morning, building up that trust. Oh my goodness! Point of him coming closer to me. Pressure from me. Definitely making that decision on his own. Good morning. And then every day I see him looking in my windows. He was just in every window, like almost following me around the house. Can I join? To the point of petting him and feeding him out of my hand. There was a big trust. Can I trust you? He was absolutely scared of humans. I don't think he understood we were good. Slowly, day by day, we both started to trust each other. But at the same time, he was living in the woods. I knew we had to act fast. It was literally right before the 4th. And I didn't want this dog to be traumatized with all the fireworks. We ended up opening up the garage because if we made any little noise, he was bolting. He would just take off. I had a dog bed in there. His water and food. And I left a toy.
