Ranking foods I ate on my Royal Caribbean Cruise I traveled on the Jewel of the Seas to Bimini and Nassau 🚢 We had amazing food and food that was just okay. My rankings ➡️ LUNCH at the Buffet Roasted Chicken 8/10 - good but not a must have Watermelon 7/10 - it was average Roasted Potatoes 5/10 - they were cold Chickpea Salad 9/10 - surprisingly good Minestrone Soup 8/10 - good but not a must. I'd order it again unless something else caught my attention LUNCH at the Buffet Burger Patty 10/10 - it was SO flavorful Mac & Cheese 1/10 - it was watery... Burger Veggies 7/10 - Nothing Special Fried Rice 9/10 - VERY good. I got seconds Chicken Parm 5/10 - the breading was very thicker than the chicken... it was just okay Key Lime Pie 6/10 - very sour but it was good. The gesture was sweet BREAKFAST at the buffet Chicken Sausage 9/10 - I loved that it was an option! Hashbrown 8/10 - a little greasy but loved the crisp Choco Chip Pancake 12/10 - my favorite breakfast find Beans and Tomato 8/10 - good but kinda bland Ice Cream Cones 10/10 - Very vanilla-y 😉 LUNCH at Blue Lagoon Island in Nassau 3/10 - the food was fine but the experience was terrible. No organization, very few menu items avaliable. Not our favorite experience TREATS in Nassau Goombay Punch 9/10 - very good and fun to try! It was very very very sweet though Cookies and Creme Galato 10/10 - no notes Coconut Shrimp 10000/10 - the VERY best thing I ate on the trip Tomato Soup 9/10 - SOUPer 😋 tasty but it was so hot it was hard to enjoy Dark Chocolate Cake 4/10 - it had a jello texture? Very odd Overall we felt the food was better on Royal Caribbean than on Carnival but truthfully we enjoyed the overall experience more on Carnival. We will try more cruises in the future to get a better determination of which line we perfer!
