If you guys zucchini coming out of your ears, you need to listen up because this is the tastiest way to cook your zucchini. You're gonna cut it into thin slices, lay them out flat and sprinkle them with salt. You're gonna see that this pulls out the water. That feels like a step that you might be thinking, oh, I could skip that. Don't, because it's really important or else you're gonna come out with a really juicy and you don't want the juice here. We don't want the juice. So then we're gonna make the layers. You're gonna do a layer of zucchini slices and then sprinkle it with some seasonings. I'll put down in the caption the seasonings that I used in this. You definitely probably already have everything you need at your house. Then Parmesan cheese. Do that until you run out of everything. Layer mozzarella slices over it. Then bake it for 20 minutes at 350 and then flip it over to broil for 5 minutes so that it gets nice and golden on top. There's some variations you can make to this.
